NIKE CLOT AIR FORCE1 uses the red which is the traditional Chinese New Year celebration color as main color and praises the the theme of good fortune, joy and prosperity. The special design elements of NIKE CLOT AIR FORCE1 include:

1. The upper is made from red CLOT ROYALE silk fabric. This silk fabric of most Chinese characteristics is embroidered CLOT logo. The logo design is inspirated from ancient auspicious pattern millennium years ago.
2. The top of the red uppers can be stripped, burned or removed, then exposing the dark brown leather bottom. On the durable bottom, there is also Chinese-style embroidered CLOT trademark which is the same with the silk fabric. Just the pattern on the bottom is carved with laser.
3. The insole design is inspired by traditional Chinese Green White paper
4. Contrasting the mysterious black color, coupled with dark leather and black lace.

CLOT design team explained that they encourage people to see what others see, but to feel what others are unknowingly. As the Chinese saying goes: Never judge people by outward appearance. Nike design team added that the upper layer is indeed very creative and bring the fun of discovery.

NIKE CLOT AIR FORCE 1 shoes packaging is a special group of Chinese-style candy box set. Chinese New Year tradition is to take the candy and sweets from the red lacquer box to invite guests to show sweet New Year blessings. In order to respect the traditions and customs, designers design NIKE CLOT AIR FORCE 1 packasing as a hexagonal box, in which there are interlayers to place assorted shoelaces and accessories. It is also designed a lid which can match the box exactly. Outside of the hexagonal shoebox is decorated with a black CLOT logo.
